- An OpenIP infrastructure
- A Bridge Connecting ERC721 and ERC20 Token Economics
- A Tokenomics LEGO empowers a diverse DAO community to issue new paradigm Web3 asset packages through GovernanceFi.
DAO Fallacy
- Similar to how the true value of a company is not based on internal management, the true value of a DAO is not based on governance.
- Consistent with its underlying blockchain infrastructure, the core competitiveness of DAO lies in building assets that cannot be created in traditional financial systems.
- Only increase complexity when necessary. The principle of Occam's Razor states that governance should come with minimal costs, and only be applied when DAO assets deviate from value capture. Similar to Bitcoin, achieving this should be done through consensus at the smallest scale possible.
A Protocol from Computational Theory
- 721 ← Block → 20
- Use ERC-721 tokens as an off-chain data oracle to capture facts on-chain.
- Use the Block structure as the computational unit. For the off-chain facts captured by ERC 721 tokens, provide corresponding ERC20 DAO token rewards to DAO participants, achieving incentive compatibility.
About OpenIP
OpenIP, A New IP Paradigm Initiative
- Self-Owned, as an informational entity, an OpenIP owns itself and is not affiliated with any other entity.
- Self-Incentives, in the OpenIP community, all participants are incentive-compatible through intrinsic incentive mechanisms.
- Self-Emergence, an OpenIP does not have a predetermined future goal, similar to DNA, has an evolving IP information boundary, are constructed by its creators, distributors and users in an emergent way.
Motivation & Market Opportunity
- Traditional NFT projects need to break through the single sales profit model to ensure the sustainable development and long-term success of the project.
- Introduce ERC20 tokens for traditional NFT projects to overcome the limitations of the ERC721 data structure and provide a lower-cost on-chain asset issuance method for a larger community of users.
- Shift from dominant official content outputs to a community bottom-up co-creation mechanism for IP content, empowering dynamic project boundaries to emerge.
- Tokenize royalties and establish a fair profit-sharing mechanism to incentivize content creators. Provide market tools for community users to support co-creation.
- AIGC enhances user-generated content productivity and overcomes integration challenges with traditional copyright frameworks through the combination of CC0 copyright, NFT, and tokenized royalties.
